“I have some late breaking news to share on this subject. Just prior to press deadline, I received information about some legislation before the State of Georgia proposing that execution by guillotine be offered as an alternative option for convicts sentenced to the death penalty. But the reason is strictly humanitarian, at least so they would have us believe.”

Now, here is the proposal, by Doug Teper, a Democrat (what else?) in the 61st District (State of Georgia): he proposes a bill to replace the state’s electric chair with the guillotine. His reason is that it would allow for death-row inmates as organ donors, he says, since the “blade makes a clean cut and leaves vital organs intact….” ( And we used to think they just wanted our blood [sarcasm]).

This proposal became H.B. No. 1274 and read as follows:

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF GEORGIA:
SECTION 1: The General Assembly finds that while prisoners condemned to death may wish to donate one or more of their organs for transplant, any such desire is thwarted by the fact that electrocution makes all such organs unsuitable for transplant. The intent of the General Assembly in enacting this legislation is to provide for a method of execution, which is compatible with the donation of organs by a condemned prisoner.
SECTION 2(a): All persons who have been convicted of a capital offense and have imposed upon them a sentence of death shall, at the election of the condemned, suffer such punishment either by electrocution or by guillotine. If the condemned fails to make an election by the thirtieth day preceding the date scheduled for execution, punishment shall be by electrocution.
SECTION 3: The Department of Corrections shall provide a death chamber and all necessary apparatus, machinery, and appliances for inflicting the penalty of death by electrocution or by guillotine.
SECTION 4: This Act shall be applicable to all executions occurring on or after August 31, 1996.
Teper has earned the nickname, “Doug ‘Heads Will Roll’ Teper”; and the legislation didn’t pass, of course, but it will return. You can count on it. It will come back up again, and it will pass. How do I know?"

Unfortunately, it seems that the government has done a good job at hiding these evil machines. I can’t find anymore information anywhere about guillotines. But I believe it's a great possibility! How about you?

Some thoughts:
As you know, I sent out the original articles on the Guillotines sighted in Montana. This began as series of updates on this news, all or some of which many of you may have read. Thsoe who might like a set of these posts, so that the deatils I've brought to light can be mroe clsoely scrutinzed, just let me know. I'll try to forward them to you.

Here are some thoughts on the sue of Guillotines, and why news open their implementation is important...from a larger perspective.

A Piece Of The Puzzle:
As the threat of NWO tyranny approaches, knocking at America's door, we can be sure that the conspiracies that have been set in motion are coordinated and are running according to someone's time schedule. If this is indeed true, then of one track the progress of particular issues and developments—we can gain some perspective of the timetable for major events. The state of each piece of the puzzle, can be seen as synergistic reflection of the whole.

It is my belief that the use of guillotines as "weapons of terror" require the acceptance of the use of such devices in the public arena before being used by the military. I could be wrong, but I don't think so. Too many related items seem to show a correlation, and the public's opinion has to be moved into acceptance, and then to a point where they can embrace the idea as their own. This would seem the idea "spin," wouldn't it?

Imagine a scenario where someone, accused of a heinous crime, possibly someone insane, and maybe involved in a rape/murder attempt. Imagine the person happens to possess an organ or two needed by a small child, a celebrity, or someone else, and that the necessary organ donor has to be the same blood/RH factor as that of the criminal. Why, the victim could even be the person who needs to be saved.

Bottom line: Evil guy gets guillotined, organs save his victim (or someone else). Although a paradigm shift for the American public, we'd accept the results with all the warm fuzzy feelings that would be spun into it. A perfect media story to be carried on all chanells for weeks, debated, redebated and accepted by all who follow the fallacial arguements, based on false premises, to their conclusion.

We recently saw such an organ story. I forge the young girls name, but it was headline stuff for a while, as a person awaited a donor's generosity. A whole new world of possibility lay in front of her...if only!! A moving story indeed...and this may be the first of many to desensitize us to the reality of a person loosing his/her innards for another...against their will!

Bad people pay price and justice is served, all at the same time. This would set a precedent in the public mind. It could open up the practice for all states, and by default, the Federal government. As we enter the inevitable "State of Emergency," these guillotines would then be used against those guilty of resisting the globalization attempt. Accused of "treason," "sedition," and "crimes against the state," their disposition would be determined by military tribunals. Death by guillotining becomes a regular event, although only a fraction of the cases would ever see the light of any public scrutiny. But the policy of guillotining and organ harvesting would be set in motion, to the great joy of the NWO man in the field, fighting for the "cause." If a soldier is injured, he would get first shot at a new organs so collected.

The picture is a horrible one, but, if we follow this sort of scenario, or some series of events akin to it, a believable one, is it not? After all, if THEY are shooting at NWO "peace makers, " it would only be fair for "them" to sacrifice their organs to save the lives of those whose lives they had endangered or taken. After all, it is the only humanitarian thing to do. And anyway, "they" are dead, and won't be needing them anyway!

Hence, if we were to see such events, events that would lead to such an end, perhaps this would help us gain a clearer picture of the game and when the offense is beginning their end run?

I'd be interested in the actual date of that publication? The fact that these devices are even being discussed openly, should have Constitutionalists from around the country scrambling to their horses, and riding down the streets shouting, "The fascists are coming!"

This is interesting news. Yet, since there has already been a mass shipment of fully functional guillotines to Montana (100,000+), and from there distributed across the country (1993-94)—this news is probably more important for what is says about the inevitable propaganda and desensitization campaigns that must be put in place before THEY will announce the existence and use of such terrorist weapons to the public.

Make no mistake, these are WEAPONS. If nothing else, weapons of fear. The importance of FEAR...of instilling and maintaining FEAR during an occupation or war...was not wasted on Stalin or Mao-Tse Tung. This is one of those historical lessons that the younger generations of Americans are oblivious to, I am afraid. Both these mass murders learned well from their mutual mentor, Lenin, who wrote the book on Communist military tactics, propaganda and terror. And let's not forget that the French, and British used terror too, not just the Japanese and later the Koreans (who simply learned from us), all used terror to maintain order during times of war.

Those who resist tyranny, must be motivated by FEAR to cease and desist. The sight of one's comrades heads rolling into baskets must be quite an effective deterrent. So, perhaps the real importance of this "electronic guillotine" announcement will be in its ability to convince the sort of indignant nay-sayers—that I've had to listen to for the last 6 years, who have either laughed in my face, or vehemently insisted that my original reports on the 1993-4 shipments of 100,000 guillotines to Montana were bogus—that such devices WILL be used in these United State. This is one of those "it'll never happen here" event scenarios, to them. Perhaps if this new report gets around, and can be traced to a publicly acknowledged "news service," a few might snap out of their apparent stupor of deliberate apathy, and wake up to the storm of fascism that is about to descend upon America.

But, perhaps I am still being too optimistic? For most, steeped in denial and inward dread, they'll probably brush this off as a coincidence!
